We are currently looking for full-time and part-time Crew members with leadership potential for day shift as we continue to expand into Wisconsin. To be a crew member you must become a firehouse brand ambassador and embrace our service oriented culture. There is HUGE growth potential in this role!! As we begin to promote from within, we will be looking to our top Crew members to transition into Shift leader roles, so previous restaurant experience and leadership qualities is a PLUS!

Your main responsibilities are:

* Maintain proper appearance and hygiene
* Be friendly, smile and approach your job with a positive attitude
* Greet all customers with our "welcome to Firehouse' greeting and assist them with their needs and exceed expectations
* Possess superior knowledge of our menu and products
* Maintain cleanliness of the restaurant using our daily, weekly, and monthly cleaning checklist
* Communicate with fellow teammates in a professional, fun and positive attitude
* Food preparation as directed by management staff
