We are currently seeking an experience Human Resources Coordinator/Recruiter for the Muncie area. As the HR Coordinator, you will be responsible for and support all recruiting functions and support teh Human Resources activities.

Requirements

Excellent written and verbal communications accompanied with strong supervisory skills are required. Basic computer skills (Microsoft Suite, Outlook, etc.), with the aptitude to learn new programs quickly, are required. Must have experience as an HR business partner. Must be an independent decision maker and have the ability to multi task. Planning and organizational skills are required to be effective. An understanding of Human Resources functionalities, including knowledge of federal and state regulations, is required. A keen business acumen and ability to manage ones self in a Matrix is essential. Minimum of five years experience in Human Resources disciplines. Previous supervisory experience preferred
