Customer Service – Program Agent

Core Job Responsibility : Maintain and increase sales with existing customers and obtainment of industry information for new Account Development.

Reporting Relationship : Reports to Customer Service Manager.

Key Responsibilities :

Mastery of Account Information:

? Key contacts

? Products

? Order Processes, order confirmation

? Service Requirements, release procedures

? Inventory Status

? Program Books

? Production Status

? Reoccurring order forms

? Marketing Materials – i.e. INET

Educate & regularly communicate with Customer Service Manager (CSM) regarding assigned accounts: Inform CSM all aspect of account’s activities, service requirements and update in a timely manner as issues, revisions or changes occur.

Foster and grow relationship with Account Key Contacts: Regularly call key decision makers of each assigned account at least every four weeks.

Produce Weekly Sales Report to include:

? Four to eight week forecast for each assigned account

? Summary of new business opportunities for each assigned account

? Service issues that are outstanding for each assigned account

? Suggestions for target marketing strategies (press releases, associations, trade Exhibition, etc.) for new business opportunities

? Marketing Campaigns i.e. HTML

Cultivate new business opportunities and continually seek ways to increase revenue with existing customers

Schedule and lead "Problem Solving" meetings: New product or service issues that may repeat. Prepare background, specific events, customer’s response and solutions to review prior to accepting any new order or production or release from customer

This position is $12-15/hr depending on experience. This position is a temporary position with an opportunity for full-time hire with the company. Employees will work 40 hours per week. Join a company that is excited about you being on their team!
