P/T Scheduler Evenings/Weekends

Neighbors NY, a member of The Senior's Choice, provides in-home assistance to seniors.  We are looking for a team player to to learn our scheduling system and assist with scheduling evenings and weekends.  The person would be working primarily from their home or on the go as long as they have access to cell phone service and an internet connection (4G or wireless).  We will provide the necessary equipment for the job.  Part-time in-office work may be available on occasion as well. 

Our ideal candidate is an outgoing person with a friendly phone manner, infinite patience, good judgment, tact, and strong decision making and problem solving skills, Some computer experience is required, but we will train on our systems.  This position requires maturity and dependability.  Not all weekends are required, but the person must be available for 24-hour phone calls on the weekends they are on call.  Compensation will be based on a flat rate per evening and weekend plus an additional hourly rate if the employee spends more than a set number of hours actually working.
