Experienced Cooks - Full-time / Part-time

We have a full-time/part-time opening for a Experienced Cooks.

Must be able to work various shifts per week.

• Be authorized to work in the United States.

We are hiring several experienced cooks who enjoy variety and the opportunity to advance. What we are looking for specifically is someone who has several years of solid experience.
-Knife skills
-Presentation skills
-Uphold high sanitization standards
-ability to read tickets and expo

This is a fast-paced kitchen. We require good communication, the ability to delegate tasks and follow direction. You must be able to pay attention to detail and hold yourself to high standards. We want someone who is passionate about doing the job right the first time and who takes pride in their performance without being arrogant. There are opportunities for advancement for the right person and this job exposes you to a variety of experiences in the kitchen. Please indicate if you have experience with any of the following:

Preparing steaks at specific temperatures.
Sautee
Pantry station
Garde Manger
Pastry chef
Any ethnic experience (authentic Mexican or Italian cuisine, sushi/hibachi, etc)
