Hydrotunes - The Marine Audio Specialists & Hometunes, in Austin, TX & New Braunfels, TX, is seeking 12V audio installers to specialize in marine A/V installations, residential & commercial A/V installations, automotive A/V installations, ATV/UTV/golf cart installations and similar, wiring and fabrication, onsite mobile and in-shop installations. We are located at 3217 Ranch Road 620 N, Austin, TX, 78734, between Hudson Bend Rd and General Williamson Dr. We also have a location in New Braunfels, TX. We service both lakes in the Austin area, as well as Lake LBJ in Marble Falls, Canyon Lake, the New Braunfels-San Antonio area, Lake Belton, Houston area, also as far as west Texas, and multiple dealerships, with primary service being in the Austin area.
We provide company vehicles or gas reimbursement when employees do have to go onsite, we provide shop-related power tools and shop supplies, installers are responsible for their own sets of standard installation tools, experience in the 12V/mobile electronics industry is preferred, fabrication skills are a plus (enclosure building, etc), any marine knowledge also a plus but not required.
Valid driver's license required, applicants may be subject to background check, positive professional attitude desired, ability to work as a team with other installers on the same projects, ability to go onsite when required, ability to work in extreme heat and extreme cold depending on the time of year, sufficient variety of tools for the job (list can be provided), General help is sought in facilities maintenance and daily operation. We offer group policy healthcare, after probation period, through United Healthcare. We provide a company cell phone depending on position you are hired for. We provide a company email address for inter-company communications and scheduling.
Specializing in home electronics, network and automation system installation, new and existing construction pre-wire, and trim-out, Hometunes also seeks techs with similar experience, home audio/video installations. We have weekends off if all the work is done! Pay will be determined salar+commission or hourly based upon experience and growth during 90 probation period.
