Positions in this function include those responsible for designing/developing, programming, maintaining and publishing operational reports. Provides operational analysis utilized for decision making. May make recommendations based on the analysis, and provide explanations for reporting results as needed. May be done for internal operational purposes as well as for customers.

Requirements

Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree or High School Diploma AND 5+ years of reporting experience
  • 3+ years of previous reporting experience with relational databases
  • 2+ years of experience writing or modifying queries used within relational databases
  • Experience utilizing MS Excel to create pivot tables, formulas, creating reporting, and performing data sorting/filtering

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous experience with Crystal Reports
  • Experience using Excel for V-lookups and Macros
  • Previous database development experience or experience with database structure
  • Previous experience with Financial Protection Products (i.e. disability, life, etc.)
