Assistant Operation Manager - Immediate Opening! - Full-time / Part-time

INGREDIENTS:

The combination of strong work ethic and great interest to learn store operations and management are essential for our Assistant Operation Managers. Assisting store operations by running shifts, providing exemplary customer service and employee coaching while continually training and showing progress on how to properly operate a store are critical for our Assistant Operation Managers. Multi-tasking, running and coordinating multiple shifts with flexibility to change and training while living out our Little Caesars Hot-N-Ready promise by serving every customer with a smile and perfect pizza in less than 30 seconds every time is constant.

PROCESS:

• Works with Operation Manager and Area Supervisor on multiple store responsibilities including recruiting, running shifts, product preparation and employee management.
• Monitors and ensures proper food order preparation, employee scheduling, equipment functioning, sales, recruiting, employee management training and terminations, inventory monitoring, product preparation, cash management
• Ensures store cleanliness and safety

OVEN:

ESSENTIAL:

• High School Diploma or GED completion
• Complete all required LC and PET policy and procedures store training and pass all required assessments in accordance with LC and PET management assessment guidelines.

EXTRA:

• Interest or experience in restaurant/fast food management
• Display leadership and initiative with a positive attitude to management, employees and customers.
