Labor Ready is seeking candidates for General Laborers in and near the Rock Falls and Sterling IL areas.   This is an outstanding opportunity to work as a temporary in various trades supporting various industries. Apply Now!!! we need 100 Workers, to report to our local office.

Job Duties may include:
General Laborers: Loading and unloading products onto pallets and trucks, general site clean up
Manufacturing: Packaging, sorting, counting, products for shipping, picking and Packing of products, fork lift ops
Construction: Moving building materials, removal of construction debris, digging, and shoveling.
Landscaping: Commercial and residential Lawn care maintenance- landscaping, trimming, weeding, mowing, equipment clean up
Waste - pickers for landfills, trash collection and yard waste removal
Hospitality - Dishwashers/Utility workers, Food Service and Hotel housekeeping
Disaster Recovery: Debris removal, clean up and general labor reconstruction assistance.
Retail - General merchandising, store resets and rebuilds

GREAT PAY with the use of an E-PAY card or Direct Deposit, daily or weekly...the choice is yours!
Paying $8.25 per hour , based on job assignment and experience.

Job Requirements:
Qualified candidates should have the following to register:
 Proper Identification proving eligibility to work in the US
 Prior experience in a production/manufacturing/industrial/construction/customer service environment is a plus
 Willingness and ability to learn new task quickly, and work in all weather conditions as necessary
 Values a team work environment and have an up beat personality and self motivated
 Excellent attendance required, dependable, trustworthy, strong work ethic, respects authority
Physically, able to stand, walk, bend and lift 30- 50 lbs repeatedly during a shift, with a can do attitude in an fast paced environment
 Must follow safety regulations and wear proper safety equipment as job demands
 Professional appearance
 Willing to submit to a Criminal Background Check, when required
 Willing to submit to a Drug Screen, when required

Ideal Candidates
 Experience preferred
 Committed to safety at all times, have, Steel toe boots, hard hat, safety glasses, safety vest and gloves
 Excellent attendance

Shifts: all shifts available, Monday - Friday ( sometimes Saturday)
