Fluent in Vietnamese and strong English (read, write and speak) skills required PAY RATE: $12.89 per hour LOCATION: Provo UT SHIFT: Part time or Full time - Various Shifts Available DESCRIPTION: Become part of a fun and exciting department that provides professional care to regional distributors and customers by developing professional relationships, while placing orders of all types, setting up new accounts, answering questions, or resolving problems. *Ensure distributors and customers feel welcome and appreciated at all times *Help Company and field leadership increase sales by promoting product and sales aids through upselling and by offering product information and new ideas to distributors to meet their needs *Ensure that distributors and customers leave excited about the business opportunity, the products and services, the company, and themselves *Demonstrate responsiveness, ownership, accuracy, and integrity in all transactions ensuring one-contact resolution and "customized" service *Accurately and professionally process orders of all types, set up new accounts, answer questions, and solve problems for distributors and customers *Proficiently use SAP and other programs to place orders, set up new accounts, and research distributor and customer order inquiries *Track and document incoming distributor contacts using the Welcome Screen to help Support Services better understand distributors' and customers' needs *Display an excellent knowledge of all products, services, and sales aids: including promotions and availability. Know where to access additional information as requested *Understand and be able to explain the reason behind company policies, procedures, programs, and services *Communicate general information on the company, network marketing, global markets, conferences and conventions, corporate programs, or other information as needed. *Remain on the cutting edge of information by keeping current on email, in site, corporate web sites and by attending trainings and meetings *Teach distributors and customers to be self-sufficient, by promoting online ordering and support tools *Receive training and provide support for additional regional markets as needed. Additional compensation may apply *Work on Saturdays and Sundays on a rotational basis as needed REQUIRED: *Basic computer, keyboard, and typing skills required *Must be able to speak English proficiently *Ability to diffuse disgruntled customers and build relationships of trust with distributors and customers *Fluent in Vietnamese and strong English (read, write and speak) skills required *Excellent interpersonal skills, with a strong ability to personalize and customize individual contacts *Excellent written and oral communication skills *Team player *Strong ability to diffuse customer concerns *Strong ability to understand the big picture in order to offer solutions rather than dead ends *Excellent multi-tasking skills *Excellent organizational skills *Self-motivated with strong work ethic *Eager to learn new concepts, procedures, and information *Innovative, creative problem solver and fact finder PREFERRED: *Six months of call center experience *One year of post high school education *Trained on shipping and returns processing.
