Our claims operations are the focal point of handling information about services patients receive and they way those services get paid. It's complex, detailed work. It's fast paced challenge. Senior Claims Business Process Analysts are responsible for all related aspects of claim system processes and claim business rules. Include claims systems utilization, capacity analyses/planning and reporting, claims-related business and systems analysis. Ensure data integrity, data security and process optimization.

Primary Responsibilities:
  • Design, develop and continuously improve volume forecasting models and tools across various business units.
  • Ability to develop reports and work management tools as needed by the Leadership Team
  • Ad hoc analyses (both simple and complex) and projects to assist in making appropriate business decisions and improvements
  • Support both internal and external reporting around our metrics and Service Level Agreements
  • Collaborate with Leadership Team to identify opportunities for improvement and best use of resources.
  • Advise Leadership Team on ways to balance work volumes.
  • Advise Leadership Team regarding forecasting /planning based on actual experience and trend analysis.
  • Anticipate the business needs and proactively develop ideas and solutions to meet them.
  • Provide explanations, information and direction.

Requirements

Requirements:
  • High School diploma GED or 10+ years of work experience
  • 2+ years extensive analytic experience, metrics, forecasting.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel including formulas.
  • Excellent communication skills
Assets:
  • Vendor Management experience a plus
  • Experience with Microsoft Access or similar database
  • Bachelor's Degree a plus
  • Claims, workforce management and enrollment experience a plus
