Primary Responsibilities:
- Design, develop and continuously improve volume forecasting models and tools across various business units.
- Ability to develop reports and work management tools as needed by the Leadership Team
- Ad hoc analyses (both simple and complex) and projects to assist in making appropriate business decisions and improvements
- Support both internal and external reporting around our metrics and Service Level Agreements
- Collaborate with Leadership Team to identify opportunities for improvement and best use of resources.
- Advise Leadership Team on ways to balance work volumes.
- Advise Leadership Team regarding forecasting /planning based on actual experience and trend analysis.
- Anticipate the business needs and proactively develop ideas and solutions to meet them.
- Provide explanations, information and direction.

- High School diploma GED or 10+ years of work experience
- 2+ years extensive analytic experience, metrics, forecasting.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel including formulas.
- Excellent communication skills
- Vendor Management experience a plus
- Experience with Microsoft Access or similar database
- Bachelor's Degree a plus
- Claims, workforce management and enrollment experience a plus
