Senior Financial Analyst - Full-time / Part-time

This position will be a part of the Capital Team within Real Estate Services Portfolio Finance.

Responsibilities include:

  Capital forecasting and budgeting


• 
  
  Capital reporting & analysis


• 
  
  Month-end close activities


• 
  
  Variance analysis


• 
  
  Ad-hoc reporting


• 
  
  Relationship management
  
  
  
  

• Bachelors degree in Accounting or Finance


• 4+ years of financial and/or accounting experience


• Strong skills in MS Excel and other MS Office products
  
  Desired:


• MBA or CPA


• Hyperion Essbase, Planning and PeopleSoft Financials
