- Accurately complete customer sales transaction
- Perform general bookkeeping functions
- Upsell products and services
- Manage U-Haul reservations system
- Provide excellent customer service when interacting with customers
- Bookkeeping/QuickBooks experience Required
- Previous service writing experience a huge plus
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Good computer skills
