RESPONSIBILITIES/DUTIES:
- Punch in. sign in and report to General Manager/Assistant Manager on time and in full uniform for each shift. Obtain Manager’s approval prior to punching out.
- Maintains personal hygiene standards.
- Read through station module including product information prior to starting shift
- Assumes prep duties as needed
- Always dates, labels and rotates products that have been prepped, immediately placing into cooler.
- Responsible for fry station and potato prep.
- Always use clean and sanitized food storage containers.
- Assumes responsibility for freshness and quality of items prepared.
- Prepare station menu items according to specified product information in a timely manner with attention to detail and quality.
- 1Always ‘clean as you go’ during your shift. Perform special cleaning duties as specified by Manager.
- Responsible for grilling burgers, mushrooms, bacon and onions.
- Works as a Team Player with other team members and stations while demonstrating personal commitment.
- Follows good safety and sanitation practices, demonstrates changing gloves OFTEN.
- Follows all safety procedures.
- Passes all general and department exams with a 90% grade or greater.
- Performs other related duties as deemed necessary assigned by the General Manager/Assistant Manager.
- Has a good understanding and plays an active role in Guest Obsession by smiling and making positive friendly eye contact with GUESTS.
REQUIRED TRAINING/EDUCATION EXPERIENCE : Restaurant experience preferred
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
- Able to stand for up to 9 hours
- Able to lift at least 50 pounds
- Excellent hearing/listening/communication skills
- Command of the English language for the ability to communicate with co-workers at a reasonable
- Level.
- Must be in good physical condition
- Ability to work in a team environment
