Earls is coming to Boston and we want you! Located in Assembly Row in Somerville, MA our urban location is easily accessible by the new T station and looks onto the beautiful waterfront.
Great Food! Great Patio! Earls Kitchen + Bar is hiring for their Front of House Team. The Front of House (FOH) at Earls is the place where MAGIC happens. Our FOH partners and leaders deliver irresistible food and drink and engaging experiences to every one of our guests. We offer an extensive training program that set even our most inexperienced partners up for a successful career in hospitality.
BARTENDERS - BOSTON

Are you one of those people who can carry on a genuine conversation with just about anyone, finding common ground in a matter of minutes? Do you love to whip up drinks for your friends, surprising and delighting them with unusual flavors? If so, you were made to be a Bartender at Earls.
About the role
At Earls, our Bartenders are more than people who make our drinks - they are truly the Renaissance men and women of our teams. In addition to knowing all about our delicious food and drink menus, they also craft and pour the wine, liquor and beer we serve. On top of that, our Bartenders service a unique clientele; some guests come in on their own looking to chat sports while others might be visiting from out of town and are looking for tips on how to explore the city. Our Bartenders deliver unique and wonderful guest experiences to all they come into contact with.
While practical bartending experience is certainly nice to have, what we care more about is hiring Bartenders with great attitudes, drive and commitment. You love to get involved, ask questions and are open to learning new skills so that Earls can achieve our highest level of drink quality and creating an engaging experience for our guests. For an added bonus, you have product knowledge of liquor, wine and beer, as well as experience conducting inventory.
