We are currently hiring for Industrial Mixer / Scaler positions in River Falls, WI. This is an excellent opportunity with a leading cookie production factory.
Industrial Mixer / Scaler
• Will be using Mixing Record to determine the ingredients and the amount of ingredients to put into the mixer.
• The Mixer will dump all the necessary ingredients into the mixer at a fast pace and mix the ingredients to the specifications of the Mixing Record. The Mixer will then empty the dough from the mixer into a bin, checking the quality and consistency of the dough and transfer the bin to a Drop Operator.
• Mixers will mix and empty bins at least 30 times day, very fast pace, and 50 pounds of repetitively lifting.
• Quality Control: Will be checking the texture and consistency.
Requirements
• Previous manufacturing experience preferred
• Must be able to lift 50 pounds repetitively overhead throughout entire shift
• Must be available for mandatory overtime daily and Saturdays
• Must follow all Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs): no jewelry, watches, rings, visible piercings, nothing in pockets/mouth, frequent hand washing, etc.
• Hair net/beard net, gloves, and uniform must be worn
• Boot/shoe covers must be worn in production area

Wage: $11.00-11.50/hr
Shift: 1st shift, 5:00 AM – 3:00 PM (or until done); 2nd shift, 2:00 PM – 12:00 AM (or until done). Shifts are Mon-Sat.
