Home Instead Senior Care is seeking a team player that is looking to make a difference the lives of others.  This position is fast paced and requires an individual that can manage multiple projects at the same time.  The Scheduling Coordinator is expected to perform a variety of duties in the coordination of scheduling service for clients.  The Scheduling Coordinator is responsible for scheduling clients and CAREGivers in order to provide the highest quality service to clients.

Responsibilities
  • Answer each incoming call in a friendly, professional and knowledgeable manner.
  • Field new client inquires over the phone in a knowledgeable manner, enter information into BOSS and print out service call form.
  • Coordinate CAREGiver schedules on a daily basis.
  • Monitor, mediate, and log both client and CAREGiver activity and follow up on CAREGiver assignments and client service.
  • Coordinate and maintain monthly client schedules in the Scheduling Software.
  • Take CAREGiver hours from the hotline and enter into Scheduling Software.
  • Enter and maintain accurate client and CAREGiver records in Scheduling Software.
  • Maintain regular attendance at the office to execute job responsibilities.
  • Demonstrate open and effective communication with owner, colleagues and CAREGivers.
Qualifications
  • Bachelors Degree Preferred 
  • 2+ years experience in Scheduling 
  • One year of related business experience or an equivalent combination of education and work experience may be considered.
  • Effective written and verbal communication.  
  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment
  • US Citizen or Green Card holder
  • Must possess a valid driver’s license and current automobile insurance.
