Marketing Coordinator

RESULTS DESCRIPTION

The Lash Lounge Franchise is seeking a Marketing Coordinator with 3-5 years of marketing experience. This position is an integral part of the franchise organization and is responsible for continuous improvement and development of all aspects of marketing activity, material, and frontline marketing support.  The ideal candidate will bring proven marketing development experience along with solid writing/editing skills. Your creative ideas will be welcome to enhance existing initiatives and explore opportunities to add growth. You will contribute through both strategic and tactical initiatives.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Manage different marketing avenues for organization to implement for B2B and B2C growth.
  • On-going development of continued branded material.
  • Keep promotional materials ready by coordinating requirements with graphics department; inventorying stock; placing orders; verifying receipt.
  • Manage, design, and coordinate direct mail and email campaigns
  • Manage on-going website direction and development of content creation and implementation.
  • Management of organizations marketing calendar development and monthly implementation material.
  • Work with existing and initiate new vendor partners to develop strong marketing output.
  • Manage quotes, samples, proofs, press checks, and distribution of printed materials, as well as maintenance of marketing collateral portal.
  • Manage global social media platform and provide training to franchise owners.Develop on-going content consistent to brand image.
  • Develop and write blog posts for company’s blog page.
  • Serve as a primary link between marketing and franchise development.
  • Manage custom marketing support tool(s) and all on-going updates.
  • Provide on-going marketing training and support to franchise owners.
  • Develop and implement marketing and advertising campaigns by assembling and analyzing sales forecasts; preparing marketing and advertising strategies, plans, and objectives; planning and organizing monthly promotions; updating calendars.
  • Prepares marketing reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing sales data.
  • Researches competitive products by identifying and evaluating product characteristics, market share, pricing, and advertising; maintaining research databases.
  • Monitors marketing budgets by comparing and analyzing actual results with plans and forecasts.
  • Accomplish organization goals by accepting ownership for managing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job and organization as a whole.
  • Perform other duties as prescribed.

SKILLS/QUALIFICATIONS:

  • STRONG computer skills required, and ease with learning new software programs quickly. 
  • STRONG writing/editing skills required and ease of coming up with creative new material.
  • Experience with Power Point, Photo Editing, and other Design Software preferred.
  • Strong verbal communication and listening skills.
  • Strong customer service skills and experience with determining a fair resolution.
  • Experience working in a franchise business a PLUS!
  • Energetic and flexible.
  • Manages multiple projects and timelines.
  • Self-motivated, well organized and detail oriented.
  • Exhibits sound judgment with little direction.
  • Forms strong working relationships within team.
