In this key role you will act as a directional manager who can perform functions to lead, support and implement key projects throughout Print and Fulfillment
Responsibilities:
Support/Manage Projects and Staff related to our Print and Fulfillment programs
Create documentation, Support and Lead UAT and Materials Review for our program
Responsible for program documentation instructions
Reporting out on Status
Development of project documentation
Supervises and is accountable for the daily activities of business support, technical and production team
Coordinates work activities with other departments
Leads implementation and issue resolution with vendor set up
Develops plans to meet short-term objectives
Identifies and resolves operational problems using defined processes, expertise and judgment
Decisions are guided by policies, procedures and business plan
Develops policies, procedures, process flows and process instructions, as needed
Product, service or process decisions are most likely to impact individual employees and/or customers (internal or external)
Bachelors Degree required
1+ years of staff management experience required
Experience of supply chain, material fulfillment production management required
Experience in Print vendor relationship and management required
Advanced proficiency of Word, PowerPoint, Excel required
Understanding of Managed Care/Healthcare business lifecycle, governances, and regulations
Experience in project management, business analysis, PMI and or Business Analysis certification and be substituted for experience
Proven track record of successful and effective problem solving
Proven track record of successful project management and requirements development
Proficient with all MS office applications
Added advantage on VBA, SQL, Oracle, Access
Strong written and verbal communication and presentation skills
Excel and/or access: Ability to analyze data and report to leadership
