  • Responsible for taking and processing patient orders and forwarding orders to appropriate branch for delivery from on-site account facility.
  • Assists branches with these orders when necessary. Confirms patient order and payor information.
  • Resolves issues by identifying problems and coordinating appropriate solutions.
  • Troubleshoots with the medical groups and any relevant on-site departments if issues arise.
  • Assists medical groups and/or other provider groups regarding products and services available under the contract.
  • Assists in the utilization process as well as transitioning members for capitation switch outs.
  • Coordinates with physicians and medical groups.
  • Performs other related duties as directed by supervisor.


Qualifications

  • Education or experience equivalent to a high school diploma is required.
  • Learn and comply with all Department of Transportation requirements determined for use of Apria vehicles.
  • Must possess a valid driver's license.
  • At least five years related experience is required.
