Team Member - Part-time

At Chick-fil-A, a front counter team member is responsible for serving our guests and fellow team members.  Employees must be willing to put guests needs above self. Also, workers are required to set fellow team members up for success.  We are a quick service restaurant, so team members must be able to move quickly to efficiently serve the guests.

Responsibilities and Expectations:

• Have a servants heart. Be willing to put others before yourself
• Must have a positive attitude and very friendly with a smile
• Display an exemplary level of hustle
• Strong history of a solid work ethic
• Ability to work at a pace that demonstrates superior hustle and commitment
• Ensure that workstations are clean at all times
• Continuous improvement
• Ability to take initiative to see what needs to be done without being told what to do
• Look to see how to serve others vs getting by with the minimum expected
• Setting other team members up for success
• Ability to multitask and always be productive
• Strictly adhere to all company policies and procedures.

Tasks include:

• Accurately take guests orders at the front counter
• Attentively greet guests before they approach the counter
• Serve guests and fellow team members.
• Make desserts according to proper portions and recipes
• Stock work area
• Keep store clean and organized
• Accurately assemble orders and deliver to guests
• Clean equipment and floors
• Complete daily cleaning tasks
• Scrubbing floors
