StartDate: 09/01/2014Available Shifts: 7.5 D Pay Rate: $45.00-47.50 *
Home healthcare company is seeking a self starting, highly motivated Occupational Therapist to join the team. Therapist will treat an Adult/Geriatric population seeing approximately 5-6 patients per day. Candidates must be willing to support a friendly, positive and professional environment.
An occupational therapist (OT) is responsible for providing assistance to patients who need help performing a wide variety of activities, especially daily needs (e.g., dressing, cooking, eating, driving, etc.) and motor skills. In addition, occupational therapy requires an OT to perform comprehensive at-home and job-site evaluations, and maintain an open line of communication with patients’ family members and caregivers. They may have a number of specialties, including:
Required Qualifications
-MA license
-2+ years of post-grad experience
-HCI Course if no previous homecare experience
Preferred Qualifications
-Home Health experience
