Spartan is currently hiring experienced Machine Operators in the Louisville, KY area.

Machine Operator Job Description
The machine operator will be responsible to ensure production requirements are met and ensure quality standards meet customer demands and specifications. Duties may include, but are not limited to:

Evaluate and troubleshoot machine problems
Make decisions to involve the shift technical staff for repairs
Machine operator will use automated and manual machines


Job Requirements
• Frequently push, pull, bend, kneel and reach
• Machine operator will lift up to 50 lbs
• Must be able stand/walk for 10 – 12 hours
• High School Diploma or GED

Ideal Machine Operator Candidates
• Machine operator or relevant experience preferred
• Committed to safety at all times
• Excellent attendance

Pay Rate: $12.00 per hour
Shift/Hours: 1st shift, 7:30 am – 4:00 pm
2nd shift, 4 pm – 12:30 am
