The Electronic Production and Fulfillment
(eFulfillment) Analyst will be responsible for all electronic and interactive communications
delivery efforts assigned by their management within the IS business segment.




The position requires a strong background in Electronic/Digital
Materials Delivery Management, as well as knowledge of traditional Print
production, including imaging, printing, digital print on demand (POD), and
lettershop services.



 



Primary Responsibilities:



 



  • Manage the  digital conversion, archival, and
    documentation of high volume Member materials files and/or e-mail communications,
    working with cross-functional areas to ensure all aspects of program
    requirements are met.
  • Project Management
    experience managing multiple electronic communications efforts with
    competing priorities.
  • Manage and execute email
    marketing campaigns within ESP (Email Service Provider) self-service
    functionality.
  • Ability to modify/adjust
    html settings within provided files ensuring proper functionality within
    the ESP tool.
  • Define
    requirements to drive the eFulfillment process, ensuring accuracy and
    quality throughout.
  • Collaborate with team
    members & cross-functional areas to develop creative solutions to electronic
    fulfillment issues.
  • Monitor and evaluate vendor
    performance through production quality reviews, vendor site visits, and
    quarterly performance reviews.
  • Audit and resolve vendor
    data file transmission and verification.
  • Ability to develop and
    maintain positive working relationships with internal team, internal
    departments, and outside vendors.
  • Ability to work within a
    team environment, yet have accountability for own body of work.
  • Track expenditures and facilitate all related vendor purchase order and
    billing reconciliation.
  • Ability to implement
    Marketing and Regulatory changes throughout the process, ensuring
    timeliness and accuracy.
  • Maintain eFulfillment
    operating P&Ps, updating as necessary.
  • Knowledge of Quality
    Assurance/Process Improvement.

Requirements

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree.
  • Ability to travel several times a year to Vendor locations up to 25% of the time.
  • Electronic/Digital
    Media experience (i.e. Managing email campaigns, digital editions, landing
    pages, website development, and/or website content management).
  • 2+ years of experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Print Production experience (Print-on-demand, traditional print, and fulfillment).
  • 1+ year of experience Managing Vendor relationships.
  • 1+ year of Project Management
    experience.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with Digital File formats and Industry Best Practices for file rendering (html, AFP, SWV, PDF, enhanced PDF, etc.).
  • Experience with Business Analysis, identifying business needs and requirements and determining solutions.
  • Experience with HTML.
  • Experience with Best Practices for email creative and templates, dynamic content, and testing.
  • Experience with Document Management (Archiving a variety of file formats, search & retrieval, manifest creation, and appending metadata).
  • Familiarity with Secure Data environments and Portal Authentications.
  • Familiarity with Third Party Email Service Provider platforms.
  • Familiarity with Medicare Health Insurance products.
  • Quality Assurance/Process Improvement experience.
  • Microsoft Project experience.
  • Postal knowledge.
