A professionally staffed provider of virtual office space and business services for mobile executives, small businesses, professional services firms, and independent contractors, is seeking a part-time professional Administrative Assistant. 
 
The Administrative Assistant ensures the client experience is exceptional. The Administrative Assistant acts as a first point of contact for clients and their customers via phone and visitors delivering an exceptional first impression. This position is responsible for answering phones on behalf of clients and assisting the caller as needed. Other duties include scheduling meetings, assisting with social media/marketing implementation, all related administrative duties, and providing overall excellent customer service. 
 
An ideal candidate should be extremely polished and professional, trustworthy, excellent work ethic, with high energy, detail-oriented, and independent who is comfortable in a small company.  
The person must be very capable of managing multiple projects and functions simultaneously and working with technology to get this job done. Candidates should have excellent writing and editing skills, be customer focused, and extremely organized with excellent communication skills. The professional for this position must have a strong appreciation for working with clients and a boss/owner who expects excellence at all times.  
 
Some skill-sets strongly preferred are ability to take dictation, use of database, Microsoft Word and Excel. Having a background working in a legal environment helpful. Must have a wonderful personality and be willing to make outbound “warm” calls to arrangement meetings for clients. Bachelor’s degree also preferred. Knowledge of virtual office software helpful
