Overview:

As an Estee Lauder & CliniqueBusinessLeader,you will be responsible for supervising thecomplete operations of the blended vendorlines to ensure a high level of productivity and customer satisfaction through extensive product knowledge and outstanding customer service.

This Macy's location utilizes an innovative way of planning work schedules, allowing an associate to participate more in managing availability and setting preferences for work times. Key Accountabilities:
  • Lead by example to create a positive selling environment through teamwork, so the counter meets or exceeds sales, customer service, and loyalty program standards set by the company.
  • Train, coach, motivate and develop ateam of blended Lauder and Clinique beauty advisors to achieve their personal productivity and company goals and objectives.
  • Demonstrate commitment and ability to build customer relationships and loyalty through personal interaction and maintenance of a client file.
  • Sell merchandise through effective customer service techniques and professional selling skills to reach personal productivity goals.
  • Review and analyze business performance and opportunities based on sales results.
  • Regularly communicate with the Cosmetic Sales Manager, Account Coordinator, and District Merchant regarding stock needs, customer preferences, and special events.
  • Develop and implement business-driving events to achieve department goals.
  • Attend and actively participate in blended line vendor meetings, seminars, schools, and conference calls.
  • Perform other duties as needed.

Skills Summary:
  • Previous retail salesexperience; cosmetic experience preferred
  • Excellent leadership, management, and organizationalskills with an ability to maximize business-driving opportunities
  • Goal-driven, with an ability to multi-task
  • Ability to train, coach, and develop ateam of associates
