Looking for experience in theme park and sales experience? In - Market Sales Interns have the unique opportunity to increase efficiency by producing a quality spreadsheet listing area locations and collateral found at each location.


In - Market Sales Interns at Universal Orlando are responsible for:

  • Ensuring spreadsheet reflects ordering and managing of collateral for locations for new ride launches and ticket entitlements.
  • Working closely with In - Market Sales Coordinators and Marketing Assistants to ensure information is accurate and correct.
  • Joining Marketing Assistants and sales coordinators on their routes visiting various locations in Orlando.
  • Updating lists that will reside in Salesforce.com
  • Understanding and actively participating in Environmental, Health & Safety responsibilities by following established Universal Orlando policies, procedures, training, and Team Member involvement activities. 
  • Performing other duties as assigned.


 


To perform the role of a In - Market Sales Intern successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.

  • Consistent attendance and punctuality is a job requirement.
  • Minimum 3.00 cumulative GPA required.
  • Must be willing to work 14-20 hours per week (Monday-Friday).
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills required.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and spreadsheet manipulation.
  • Sales focused.
  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment.
  • Must be actively enrolled for the Fall 2014 semester as a college Senior.
  • Must be pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Business or Hospitality.
