South Charlotte Electronics Company seeks a Customer Care Service rep for direct hire position. Candidate must be proficient in Outlook, Word and Excel. Overall responsiblilty to maximize customer service. Manage department & Customer Care Reps focused on sales and service. Identify key issues impacting customer care and develop/implement corrective actions. Responsible for increasing efficiency of order processg thru EDI quotes, confrmatins, sales orders, cutting packing slips. Work close with Supply Chai Mgr to maximize sales. Sales Analysis as defined by GM. Develop and Maintain strong productive working relationships with all departments. Min. 5 years experience managing others. up to 42K, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM, M-F.
