Senior Director Operations Integration (Hartford, CT or Eden  Prairie, MN)



  • Lead the analysis and development of recommendations to drive desired outcomes

  • Develop the strategic roadmap related to operational and process redesign activities


  • Responsible for the execution of the strategy including hitting deadlines and achieving goals



  • Partner with functional areas to implemented approved changes including process redesign, organizational alignment, and work automation



  • Provide oversight, communicate and lead change management with multiple levels of staff and multiple departments



  • Determine capital needs and prioritization



  • Provides leadership to and is accountable for the performance and direction through multiple layers of management and senior level professional staff

Requirements


  • Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience. BS/BA in business related field - advanced degree a plus.

  • 10+ years of progressive management and leadership experience

  • 10+ years of demonstrated leadership in complex cross company initiatives and/or operations management experience in healthcare.

  • Demonstrated passion and commitment to positive and effective customer services and experience

  • Proven ability to create and implement strategic planning and direction while delivering on results

  • Strong analytical and interpersonal skills, proven ability to navigate, influence, and negotiate complex and matrix reporting relationships.

  • Excellent verbal, written and presentation skills.

  • Demonstrated ability to lead and navigate a large-scale organizational cultural shift and evolution

  • Intermediate to advanced skills with PowerPoint and Excel
