Labor Ready is seeking candidates for General Hires in and near the Soquel, CA area. This is an outstanding opportunity to work as a temporary in various trades supporting various industries. Apply Now!!! We need 100 Workers, to report to our local office.

Job Description: Duties may include:

General Laborers: Loading and unloading products onto pallets and trucks, general site cleanup, maintenance

Administrative: General office duties, processing, data entry, bookkeeping, payroll processing

Construction: Moving building materials, removal of construction debris, digging, and shoveling.

Disaster Recovery: Debris removal, clean-up, and general labor reconstruction assistance.

Hospitality: Dishwashers/utility workers, food service, and hotel housekeeping

Landscaping: Commercial and residential lawn care maintenance, landscaping, trimming, weeding, mowing, equipment clean-up

Manufacturing: Packaging, sorting, counting, products for shipping, picking and packing of products, forklift ops

Retail: General merchandising, store resets, and rebuilds

Waste: Pickers for landfills, trash collection, and yard waste removal

Job Requirements:

Qualified candidates should have the following to register:

• Proper Identification proving eligibility to work in the US
• Prior experience in a production/manufacturing/industrial/construction/customer service environment is a plus
• Willingness and ability to learn new task quickly
• Values a team work environment and have an upbeat personality and self motivated
• Excellent attendance required, dependable, trustworthy, strong work ethic, respects authority
• Physically, able to stand, walk, bend, and lift 50 lbs repeatedly during a shift, with a “can-do” attitude in an fast paced environment
• Must follow safety regulations and wear proper safety equipment as job demands
• Professional neat appearance
• Excellent communication skills, Bilingual is a plus
• Willing to travel if jobsite demands
• Willing to submit to a criminal Background Check, when required
• Willing to submit to a Drug Screen, when required

Pay Rate:        Pay starting at $9.00 per hour and up, Based on job assignment and experience. GREAT PAY with the use of an E-PAY card or Direct Deposit, daily or weekly...the choice is yours!
