We currently have the following position available:

Human Resources Generalist

Hours are Monday through Friday 8:30am to 5:00pm (flexible)

Responsibilities

Compliance with state, local and federal laws and company policy.
Recruitment for hourly and salary associates.(specialized experience)
Supports Associate Relations & Labor Relations by administering and advising all levels of associates on company policies, procedures, union contract administration, and benefit programs.
Ensures the effective training and development of supervisors and associates on the floor.
Conducts new hire orientations as needed.
Support Payroll and Leave of Absence administration
Supports Safety and Wellness programs.

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent job experience
2-4 years experience in Human Resources
Must be available to work a flexible schedule
Knowledge of HRIS Systems preferred
Ability to lead and influence others
Excellent communication skills
Good computer skills with Microsoft applications Word and Excel.
Relocation is available for candidates of interest.
