We are seeking motivated individuals who thrive in a manufacturing environment, where they would be assembling metal safety blocks, sewing harnesses, working at a bench or on the shop floor. This company, Capital Safety, has a proven track record of growth and is one of the most desired companies to work at in the Red Wing area.
Job Duties include:
1. Positioning parts according to knowlege of unit being assembled or following blueprints
2. Fastening parts together with bolts, screws, speed clips, rivets or other fasteners
3. Removing small quantities of metal with hand files and scrapers to produce close fit between parts
4. Cutting, assembling, and sewing safety harnesses and fall protection products
Ideal Candidates:
1. Ability to accurately measure items
2. Detail Oriented
3. Ability to complete tasks at a fast pace
4. Have great manual dexterity
5. Be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
1st Shift
6:15am - 2:45pm | $11.25/hour
2nd Shift
3:30pm - 12:00am | $12.00/hour.
