About this job
Our client is currently seeking a full time Inside Sales Representative.
Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
- Maintaining and developing clients
- Selling services via the phone
- Renewing contracts
- Negotiating and providing rate quotes
Skills/Education/Requirements:
- Prior Freight Forwarding industry experience a PLUS but no required
- Prior inside sales experience a must
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent Customer Service and sales skills
- Excellent communication skills; both oral and written
- Ability to work well with others and to function well under pressure
- Be able to analyze and prioritize tasks and projects; change routine as needed
- High school diploma/GED at the minimum (college degree highly preferred)
Monday - Friday, 9am - 6pm
Direct hire position
$40,000 - $50,000 plus commission
