Job Description:
A.Feeding clients who are at risk for choking due to their condition.
B.Bathing, grooming, and general hygiene
C.Assisting with body positioning or transferring in and out of bed and/ or wheelchair
D.Observing and reporting changes in client's condition
E.First aid, health and safety
F.Administration of Medications specified by RN, as provided by Rule 46668.1000 subpart 2
G.Assistance with bowel & bladder control, devices & training programs
H.Accurate documentation of client's liquid intake and toileting
I.Assisting clients with self-administration of medication
J.Assistance with therapeutic or passive range of motion exercises
K.Make decisions, solve problems, plus be able communicate well with co-workers and supervisors
L.Perform routine delegated assigned procedures by a registered nurse repectively, specified in wirting, specificwith instruction for performing the procedure for client.
M.Observe clients and their environments and reports behavior, physical and/or cognitive changes and/or changes in living arrangements to Supervisor
N.Provide services during episodes of serious disease or acute illines by assisting a client to maintain the hygiene to body and environment, to satisfy nurtritional needs and to assist the client's mobility.
