MEET and EXCEED department performance standards and answer rates by utilizing telemarketing skills and product knowledge.
OVERCOME objections and utilize rebuttals when developing new business.
MAINTAIN up-to-date knowledge of diverse programs, promotional campaigns and departmental systems and software.
UNDERSTAND AND UTILIZE the system functionality of the Direct Marketing computer application and provide appropriate fulfillment to anyone requesting literature on products
MUST have 215 or 240 License
Skills/Knowledge/Competencies:
The ideal candidate must attain in-depth knowledge of company policies, products and adhere to government and department procedures.
Professionalism must be demonstrated through outstanding and articulate oral communication.
