customer Service Representative

Our Client in Norwood has several opening for Call Center Representatives: Responsible for answering telephone inquiries and promoting an organizations products and services. Responsible for researching and resolving complaints to ensure customer retention and satisfaction. Must have a minimum of a high school diploma or its equivalent and 0-2 years of experience in customer service. Good attention to detail with the ability to follow instructions is required for this role. Ability to multi-task and work in a fast pace environment which requires solid customer service skills, good attention to detail. Candidates should have strong computer skills as they will be trained on multiple systems. This is a long term temporary of 6 months + paying $14.00/hr. New college grads are encouraged to apply. A customer Service assessment is required for this position as well as a criminal background check and drug screen.
