Automation Personnel Services is looking for dependable candidates for Quality Inspection at Nissan.
Position Requirements:
Experience in inspection, manufacturing or production work in an automotive environment is preferred but not required.
Must be able to read and understand technical and non-technical documents as they relate to the customers job requirements.
Must have good communication skills. Employee will be working closely with both technical and non-technical personnel.
Employee will be working in confined work spaces.
Employees must be able to lift 30 lbs consistently.
Employees must be able to work overtime.
Employee must be detail oriented.
Good hand eye coordination required.
Take initiative and adapt to situations and circumstances as needed.
Shifts Times:
1st - 6: 30 am - 2: 30 pm (Friday or Saturday time: 6: 30 am 4: 30 pm)
2nd - 2: 30 pm - 10: 30 pm (Friday or Saturday time: 4 pm 3: 30 pm)
3rd - 10: 30 pm - 6: 30 am (Sunday time: 8 pm 6: 30 am)
Pay Rate: $10.00 / HR
Dress Code:
ATCO shirt required and must be tucked in
Khaki Pants with no metal studs or rivets
Steel Toed Shoes are REQUIRED (Boots or shoes) and must be leather
Safety glasses
Bump Cap Possible
The following items will not be allowed:
T-shirts, tank tops, tube tops, shorts (long or short), tennis shoes, open toed or open heeled shoes. No jewelry or any other metal is allowed in the facility for any reason at any time, this includes belts, watches, rings, earrings, bracelets and necklaces. This policy will be strictly enforced and policed on a regular basis any employee in violation of this rule will be escorted out of the facility and terminated from employment. No sagging pants or baggy clothing including hoodies, oversized polo shirts or pants, as this is a safety hazard and violation.
Cell Phones cannot be used in the facility. Any calls made by employees must first be approved by supervisors
Attendance Policy:
Attendance is crucial to the success of any one individual and to the company as a whole. NC/NS will be treated as job abandonment and your position will be terminated. There is a 5 point policy will be put in place. Anyone calling out before the first 30 days, will be grounds for Termination.
Offers of employment are conditional on screening processes that include; substance abuse and general background investigation.
