ACCOUNTS RECEIVABLE ASSOCIATE NEEDED.
JOB SUMMARY:
- Responsible for calculating, processing, posting, verifying and maintaining data and payments to accounts receivable, as well as collecting on past-due accounts. For 90% of the time, will be
- on the phone making a minimum of 50 calls per day. Will be responsible for about 400 accounts.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 5 years high volume commercial accounts receivable experience, preferably in the construction industry.
- Must possess excellent data entry skills, strong organizational, verbal and written communication skills, as well as great mathematical and computer skills.
- The ability to multi-task and work in a fast paced environment is a must.
- A high school diploma or GED, and an Associate’s Degree or an Accounting Certificate from an accredited college or university is a plus.
