Responsibilities

This Client Partner (CP) will be responsible for leading the Verizon effort to grow business inside the assigned module.  Business growth will be measured in the both the amount of revenue derived from the customer as well as the strategic value of partnering with DHS and its key partners in the area of Cyber Security. 

The CP will be able to define and articulate Verizon’s value to the customer in all forms of communications, oral and written.  The CP will also develop his/her own strategy, including goals and timeframes, to drive additional business inside of the assigned agency.

The Client Partner will also lead the diverse team that Verizon uses to support the customer, ensuring that the messaging to the assigned agency serves the goals of Verizon’s DHS, Federal and corporate teams.

Qualifications

The candidate must have

  • Bachelors Degree or equivalent experience and 6+ years of experience working within the Federal Space
  • 8 years of experience working with Network and/or Cyber Security
  • Outstanding communications and presentation skills
  • The capability to obtain a Top Secret / Secure Compartmentalized Information clearance
  • Integrated complex solutions selling experience
  • “Advanced” and “Expert” sales skill proficiency

Desired Qualifications:

  • A Cybersecurity degree or equivalent work experience
  • Name recognition within the cyber community
  • 10+ years of sales experience on large accounts
  • Work experience directly at DHS NPPD

Must own E1 or multiple E2 accounts with $25M+ revenue quota
