The ESPN KidsCenter is now hiring a full-time Outdoor Educator/Gardener for their program located in Bristol, CT. The Outdoor Educator will implement the GardenWorks program with all ages and maintain the outdoor environments at the center.

Job Requirements
- BA in Education or Horticultural Science or related field preferred.
- Prior experience working with young children in an outdoor setting.
- Significant personal outdoor experience.
- Ability to plan and implement hands on, outdoor learning activities and projects for all ages (Infants – School Age) using the GardenWorks curriculum.
- Maintain all upkeep of outdoor gardens including planting, weeding, watering etc…
- Strong attention to detail and organization.
- Partner with a local nursery to plan and purchase various plants with Director/RM approval.
- Willingness to work in various classrooms in the off-season or when needed.
