Team Members
- Deliver excellent service to Target guests
- Help keep the Target brand experience consistent, positive and welcoming
- Make a difference by responding quickly and responsively to guest and team member need
Team Leaders (Hourly Department Managers)
- Lead teams that provide excellent service to Target guests, both face-to-face and by supporting sales floor teams
- Help to keep the Target brand experience consistent, positive and welcoming for guests
- Hire, supervise and train team members to achieve Target sales, service and presentation goals
