Customer Service - Part-time

Job Duties/Responsibilities:

• Provide assistance to customers
• Answer inbound calls from customers
• Place outbound calls
• Enter data into the system
• Carry out other duties as assigned to support administrative office functions

Requirements:

• Previous Customer Service experience preferred
• Ability to handle a high volume of calls in a professional manner
• Excellent attendance
• Positive attitude
• Ability to type 40 WPM
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
