About this job
Belle Home Housecleaning, an award-winning residential housecleaning service, is looking for two individuals to join our team of professional, detailed housecleaners. Positions in both New Haven and Orange/Milford areas available. Full time preferred (8:30-4) but will consider the right applicants for part time position (MUST work Thursdays and Fridays, however).
You must
* have a car,
* speak English impeccably,
* be able to work in homes with pets (cats/dogs),
* work alone as well as with others,
* have a clean record,
* have a positive attitude and enjoy cleaning!
Housecleaning is a very physical job and you will need to be able to get up and down stairs, carry 20 lbs, vacuum, dust, make beds, some organizing, clean bathrooms and kitchens, etc.
2 week training program pays $10 per hour; after passing training, $12/hour with regular reviews and raises. Typically our cleaners make $15-16/hour after their first year of service. Paid holidays, no evening or weekend work, hourly pay (not commission), paid mileage, paid vacation after one year of service. Casual, comfortable work attire - company tees provided.
Professional maid or housecleaning service experience preferred by not required. Stable employment and plenty of work available! - we have been in business 9 years and we are growing by leaps and bounds - room for advancement for those who are hard workers, have common sense, are dependable and have a great attitude and want to give their best every day to make our customers happy!
