*** This is a Monday-Friday position, work hours 11:00 am to 8:00 pm, and will be located in our Tonawanda, NY office. Spanish speaking is strongly desired***
Requirements
Required Qualifications:
- Current, unrestricted RN license in the State of New York
- 3+ years experience in a hospital setting, acute care, direct care experience or experience as a telephonic Case Manager for an insurance company
- Basic level of experience with Microsoft Word and using the internet
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN)
- Background in managed care or prior Case Management experience
- Certified Case Manager (CCM)
- Home Healthcare experience
- Bilingual - Spanish Speaking strongly desired
