Position Description:
This position will report in the NFC, National Fulfillment Center in Duncan SC.
This job is in a fulfillment deployment center. It is a very high volume center
that works at a fast pace. This individual must be a self-starter, reliable,
timely and work well as a team member. The work includes lifting at least
50lb boxes of computers and must participate in light warehouse duties,
shipping, receiving, forklift cert a plus. This individual will participate in
imaging large volumes of computers daily and installing applications from
server base system. All computer skill requirements are the prerequisites.
Positions in this function will need to be able to perform all aspects of
hardware computer repair. They will also work in a team environment following
established procedures for cleaning, imaging and shipping computers.
Positions in this function provide local technical support to UnitedHealth
Groups computer user community. Includes installations, upgrades, computing
problem resolution, diagnosis of issue severity, recovery and project
implementation.

Requirements
Required Qualifications:
- 2+
years' experience supporting Windows 7 and XP operating systems - 3+
years hands on experience repairing desktop and laptop computers - Must
have the ability to work in a warehouse environment and able to drive a
fork lift - A+
certification required - Must
be able to lift 50lbs - HS
Diploma/GED required
Preferred Qualifications:
- Inventory
tracking - Logistics experience - Previous
experience with MS Excel and Access - Apple
Macintosh certification preferred
