Optum is currently staffing for a Provider Quality Specialist in the Idaho Falls, Idaho area. The Provider Quality Specialist will be responsible for, but not limited to the following duties:

• 
  
  Maintaining schedule


• 
  
  Prioritizing completion of audits within timeframes


• 
  
  Scheduling and booking travel


• 
  
  Development of findings from audits (includes audit reports and feedback letters)

Basic Qualifications:

• 
  
  Independently licensed clinicians (able to bill for services) (LMFT, LPC, or LCSW)


• 
  
  Minimum of 2 years' experience in Behavioral Health


• 
  
  Computer proficient (Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Internet)

Preferred Assets:

• 
  
  Prior experience in a managed care setting


• 
  
  Ability to work effectively on cross function teams


• 
  
  Trauma-Informed Care


• 
  
  Community provider relations background
