This Consultant, manages the ongoing contract relationship and service delivery for a large, National client, acting as an outward-facing, dedicated resource for Cisco in their San Jose headquarters. They are tasked with building relationships with the employer group and serve as the primary point of contact for overall and day-to-day service delivery. Representing the client internally and coordinating with other functions to implement client systems, complete projects, and address ongoing service needs is critical in this role. This person will also act as the SME for UnitedHealth Group at Cisco and act as a resource for senior leadership for both UHC and Cisco.

Position may be 30 hours/week or full time (40 hours) and must be located onsite at the client site in San Jose. 

Undergraduate degree in applicable area of expertise or equivalent experience.
The individual hired must have strong communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to work in an external customer environment. Strong project mgt skills are necessary as is the ability to work in a matrixed environment.  A background in health care benefits and working knowledge of either Cisco or UHC is strongly  preferred.  This person must go above and beyond to service this customer and facilitate the retention of the client.
