Staffing Manager/Recruiter

We have a full-time/part-time opening for a Staffing Manager/Recruiter.

Must be able to work various shifts per week.

We are a fast growing company in the hospitality staffing industry seeking a full-time, entry level (0-1 year experience) recruiter. You will be responsible for recruiting and coordinating large, special events throughout Metro Detroit area. The position will require you to have an outgoing personality and excellent interpersonal, writing, and verbal skills. Approximately 50% of your time will be spent in a recruiting capacity and the remaining time will be spent coordinating events from within an office environment and/or onsite. In the past we have had success w/new hires who have degrees in Business, Human Resources or Hospitality, are not afraid of a sales environment, are capable of handling a fast-paced/multi-tasking environment, and who are looking for career opportunities. This is not a 9-5 job, and it offers excellent career growth and training.  We offer competitive salary, benefits and commissions. 

This position starts out as an entry level recruiter/staffing manager, however we are looking for people that are promotable to other positions throughout the company. Promotions are based on job performance only.
