About this job

As Executive Chef, you would be responsible for the quality planning, preparation, production and administration of all culinary activities in the hotel, including all banquet and catering for the hotel and convention center, two full service restaurants, 1) Cafe in the Park (breakfast, lunch and dinner) and 2) Shearn's Seafood and Prime Steaks (dinner - Tue.-Sat.). In addition there is a full service Lobby Bar, 24-hour Room Service, a STARBUCKS outlet, Moody Brews and seasonal foodservice at the pool.

Education and Experience: The candidate is required to have a High School Diploma or equivalent, an associate's degree or vocational equivalent or higher in a post-secondary or culinary school. Minimum of 5 years' experience as a full-service hotel Chef and a minimum of 2 years as a full-service hotel Executive Sous Chef or Executive Chef.
