JOB TITLE: Maintenance Technology OPERATIONS MANAGER /

POSITION DESCRIPTION:
OVERVIEW- The primary responsibility of this position is to provide daily Operational Management of the ICAC BIM Program, CMMS system and other Maintenance specific applications. As a member of the Maintenance Operations team, provide technical support, documentation, training and development to end users to ensure optimal effectiveness and adoption of BIM and other maintenance applications. The position works very closely with company-wide stakeholders and their consultants in leading and implementing the Company's technological roadmap. The Maintenance Technology Operations Manager will work closely with Irvine Company resources, consultants, and contractors in the following areas;
Program Development
• Technical Liaison for process development with BIM-Life Cycle Management Software Platform and workflow development for Operations and Maintenance Group, reinvestment and redevelopment, labor and costs tracking and long term range budget planning
• Provide feedback to ICAC and their consultants on areas of improvement on technological implementation and assist in refining processes
• Optimize training in software tools and implementation using specific daily workflows

Management Deployment
• Collaborate with Irvine Records and Information Management to ensure that all documents are complete and compliant and coordinate with ICAC consultants to mediate the process
• Validate the completeness of all data entered into Corrigo for the projects and report and update the Maintenance and Operations team on compliance and completeness of data transfer from the BIM Platform
Project Interface
• Assist in the preparation of reports as required by the Maintenance and Operations team for analysis purposes to stakeholders within the Irvine Company

Training and Support
• Work with Corporate Training and ICAC end users to plan and schedule training for all stakeholders
• Provide technical support to new hires on Maintenance Application to include CMMS and BIM and Life Cycle Management tools
• Support internal continuing education training on BIM and Life Cycle Management software
• Maintain high level of competency of software through continued use and training

Job Requirements
Minimum 5 years experience in the Maintenance and Operations of a large facility
• 5 years work experience in project management
• Well rounded knowledge of both the technical and management aspects of operating a facility with a sizable staff
• Demonstrates leadership managing people
• Comprehensive knowledge of Building Systems to include Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing and Life Safety Systems
• Demonstrated high level of computer skills including advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel is preferred, experience with a Computerized Maintenance Management System is essential, experience with Corrigo is preferred
• General knowledge in Building Information Modeling and Electronic Document Management Systems is a plus
• Strong collaborator / team player with experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment
• Ability to elicit cooperation from senior management and other departments
• Rapidly adapt and respond to changes in environment and priorities
• Excellent communication (written and verbal), problem solving, analytical and presentation skills
